Storm rolls in and dumps torrential rain in the area. Minutes later the phone rings. It's a customer calling to say raw sewage is backing up in their home. Time is not on your side so you make the most important call of the night...SERVPRO is now on the line. I explain the situation and SERVPRO takes over. I can confidently notify the customer that all will be taken care of in a courteous and professional manner. Everyone is one happy again. I'm awaiting the next storm...;)
